The marriage contract of Khatun Jajanam [Khatun Jan Khanum [?]], the daughter of Haj Muhammad Sadiq, and Muhammad Husayn, the son of Haj Muhammad Baqir on 29 September 1874. The mahr includes 12 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering (made in Isfahan), carpet, a walnut tree, a garden, and one twelfth of a house (including sanctuary, storage room, a room, and stable).

Marriage contract of Sughra Khanum with Aqa Fazl Allah, 1887
The marriage contract of Sughra Khanum, the daughter of Suhrab Khan, and Aqa Fazl Allah, the son of Aqa Mirza Habib Allah Shams al-Shariʻah on 21 May 1887. The mahr includes a Qurʼan, 25 tumans, 10 acres of a river, 5 acres of a land in Gulpaygan, 4 acres in a sahara, 2 acres of a garden, and one sixth of a house. In 1921, Fazl Allah settled all of his properties with Hajiyah Bibi Khanum. When Bibi Khanum abrogated this transaction due to her Hajj pilgrimage, Fazl Allah settles for four and a half-sixth of his building with Bibi Hajiyah.

Settlement of Zahra Khatun, on behalf of her mother, with ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan, 1917
Zahra Khatun, the daughter of ʻAziz Allah Suhani (on behalf of her mother, Khadijah Khanum, the daughter of ʻAbd Allah Suhani Fridani) on 21 August 1917 settles part of a property in Birinjistan village with ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan, son of Sardar Zafar, for 180 tumans. On the margin of the document a note indicates that the property belongs to ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan's mother and whoever takes possession of it is a usurper.

Dividing properties of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk among his inheritors, 1909
This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk's properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan. After ʻIsa Khan's death, his share was inherited by his uncle, Iskandar Khan Khazin al-Huzur, and his mother, Galin Khanum and supervising the transition of these properties was assigned to Aqa Sayyid Habib. A settlement between Muhammad Javad Mirza (son of Habib Allah Mirza), his wife (daughter of Mirza Fazl Allah), his brothers (Fath ʻAli Mirza and ʻAli Mirza), with Aqa Sayyid ʻAbd Allah (a clockmaker originally from Niyak) on 28 November 1909, covering a mansion in front of Fakhriyah School, inclusive of the residential houses, stable, garden, etc in exchange for 1688 tumans and 8000 dinars. They divide the money among themselves based on their shares.
